CrossFit’s variability and complexity is generally what many people enjoy as compared to the typical gym environment. There is always something to work towards, get better, and improve upon regardless of what your current fitness level is.
Below is a list of the Foundational CrossFit Movements as well as a number of others that you may see incorporated within our daily classes. Each movement is linked to a video outlining the specific standards and technique expected of an athlete.
Don't worry if a specific movement appears too complex. As with all of CrossFit, each movement can be scaled or modified to an athletes individual ability level so that they achieve the desired affect appropriate for their personal development.
