Do you want instruction that is designed exactly for you and your needs? Then you might want to consider our Personal Coaching & Personalized Programming. Your coach will teach, progress and individualize your programming for your specific goals. This is a great option for people who are new to strength training, have pre-existing movement restrictions, or for athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. Our coaches have the experience, qualifications and desire to help you succeed.

Personal training provides an opportunity to pursue your health and fitness goals on an individual basis. From exercise to nutrition, working 1-on-1 with a trainer allows for the most specific coaching and guidance possible.
We offer personal training at OVC as 1-on-1 Individual Sessions or 2-on-1 Group Sessions.

1-on-1 Single Session $55 per person/plus tax (1 athlete, 1 coach)
2-on-1 Single Session $35 per person/plus tax (2 athletes, one coach)

For those looking for a more specific program to reach their goals, we now also offer personalized programming. This is ideal for anyone who is looking for a level of training tailored towards improving weaknesses and further developing their abilities as an athlete.
Each program is individually designed and includes five days each week of customized programming. This also includes regular communication and check-ins with your coach to make sure your personal program is working and progressing appropriately.
Rate: $50 per person/per week (plus tax)
We are also excited to introduce new OVC Accessory Programming which can be added to any CrossFit Membership!
This programming will range from strength, technique work, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics and will expand upon movements and concepts introduced within our Daily WOD Programming.
Subscriptions to this service will provide athletes access to each weeks content which can be completed in approximately 30-45 minutes per day.
Rate: $30 per person/per month (plus tax)
