We are hosting our latest Bring a Friend Week where we welcome our athletes’ friends and family to come give CrossFit a try. Taking that first step into OVC can be the hardest part. This is your opportunity to see what your family or friend has been raving about.
Whether you're new to working out or wanting to try a new routine, this is a great week of fitness to show you want we're all about.

Thanksgiving Schedule

Here is our upcoming Thanksgiving holiday schedule. We will have our traditional 9 am Family & Friends Community WOD on Thanksgiving day. Come out and join us for a partner workout before filling up on Thanksgiving food!

We will be closed on Friday and back to our regular class schedule starting Saturday, November 25th with our 8 am weightlifting and 9 am CrossFit classes.

CrossFit Nutrition Seminar, 9/9 at 10:30 AM

At the bottom of CrossFit’s theoretical hierarchy for the development of an athlete, nutrition sits as the foundation. And fueling your body with the right amount of quality whole foods are the first two sentences of CrossFit’s world class fitness in 100 words. This is how important nutrition to success with your health and wellness.
We are hosting a seminar on Saturday, September 9th at 10:30 am digging into CrossFit’s nutrition protocols.
Head Coach JR Shortall (CCFT/CF-L3) will lead the seminar diving into the prescription, quality, quantity and implementation.
