At OV CrossFit, we know that is is easy to feel bombarded with array of health and nutrition information and it can be tough to decipher what is true and more importantly, what will work best for you and your long term goals. We do not believe that one healthy “diet” or way of eating fits all. When you begin your journey of addressing your nutrition/lifestyle, we take the whole person into consideration and gear your plan towards your unique physiology, lifestyle, symptoms, and environment.
