2022 Performance Challenge

We are excited about our upcoming 4th annual performance challenge. This is a 12 week program that is designed to help our athletes learn new skills through proper progressions and coaching. This is an excellent way to start off a new year and helps our athletes add more tools to their CrossFit toolbox.
