Youth Barbell Club Starting 6/22!

Come join us this summer for the beginning of our Youth Barbell Club. The program will start on Tuesday, June 22nd and run until August 31st. Classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm and Sunday at 10 am. The cost of the program will be $220. Payment can be split in two payments.

The program will be lead by Coach Jess Maxwell (CF-L1/CF-Kids) and assisted by Coaches Jack Bence (CF-L1) and Byron Mayers (CF-L1). This weightlifting program is designed for pre-teens ages 11-15 with a strong emphasis on proper weightlifting technique and the inclusion of high intensity interval training to deliver optimal fitness results. Athletes will be taught how to be both powerful and explosive while working to increase athletic ability and sports performance.

We encourage 3-day a week attendance for optimal results. The schedule is structured so that movements are reinforced throughout the program to encourage good muscle memory.
