July 4th - Independance Day WOD

Join us Monday - July 4th @ 9am as we celebrate Independence Day!

This will be a Free Friends and Family WOD and open to anyone! Various modifications will be available for athletes of all fitness levels.

We will accepting donations during this workout to benefit those affected by the recent flooding in West Virginia.

In celebration of the founding of the United States Army on June 14th, 1775, CrossFit recently programmed the workout "1775"... We will make things a little more fun by making this a Partner WOD.

We hope you can join us to celebrate our nations independence!
